Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

1.1 All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

In the event of potential delay due to circumstances such as, but not limited to high volume of orders, postal service problems, unforseen weather conditions etc.

You will be notified by mail of this event and, if possible, the next possible date of delivery.  

2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

2.1 All domestic orders from and within Belgium have flat rate shipping cost of €4,95

2.2 All domestic orders from and within Belgium with a combined amount of €50,- or higher will receive free shipping. Free shipping

2.3 Estimated delivery time of  domestic orders is 2 to 3 business days.

3. International Shipping Rates and Estimates

3.1 International orders are for this time and the forseable future limited to the following countries: The Netherlands, France, Germany and Austria. 

3.2 International orders have a flat rate shipping cost per counrty, these rates are shown below.

3.3 International orders from and too the countries mentioned in 3.1 with a combined order amount of €50,- or higher will receive free shipping. 

4. Checking Order Status

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@pn-selfcare.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

5. Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@pn-selfcare.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
